Speak to a regulated immigration adviser

SponsorDirectory publishes what the Home Office register and Companies House say. What any of it means for your own circumstances is a different question, and one only a regulated adviser may answer.

Tell us your situation

What a licence, a rating or a change means for your own circumstances can only be answered by an adviser regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority, or a solicitor. Tell us your situation and we will pass your enquiry to one.

Your details go to a regulated adviser, who decides whether to take your case.

What happens to your enquiry

  1. One adviser, not a list. Your details go to a single adviser or solicitor whose practice covers your situation and your part of the UK.
  2. They contact you directly. SponsorDirectory takes no part in the advice and receives no account of it.
  3. We keep your details for 12 months, encrypted, then delete them. See the privacy page.

If you would rather find someone yourself

The Home Office publishes a searchable list of every regulated adviser in the UK, and the Immigration Advice Authority keeps the register they are regulated under.
